Vertiport — for eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft)
Fast-charging stations for cars, trucks, and buses from 120 kW to 420 kW — 250 units
Robotic car washes for cars, trucks, and buses — 9 units
Battery maintenance and replacement bays — 8 units
Food court (1,000 sq. m)

Capsule house-style hotel complex 10 spaces
Exhibition space for various types of garden equipment
The project addresses the important issue of fast charging of all types of vehicles without queues of up to 15 minutes, as well as rest areas, food, diagnostics, parking, and car washing.
The Solen Ashtarak project has the potential to become an important multifunctional logistics hub on the North-South highway.
